We have extensive experience working with Boards to develop an effective governance framework to drive organisational performance while at the same time meeting governance requirements (e.g. constitution, policies, risk controls, external regulations and laws, CEO & Board performance, community expectations).
HR & Performance Management Systems
We have been engaged by many NGOs / NFP and government sector services to develop people management systems, including: policies and procedures manuals, WHS policies, workforce recruitment and retention plans, and performance management systems.
We also develop integrated performance management strategies for all levels of the organisation (e.g. the Board, CEO, senior management team and staff), to provide a framework in which all stakeholders operate to improve performance and results.
Research, Evaluations & Reviews
We have undertaken numerous qualitative research, organisational reviews, service / program evaluation projects, for our NGOs and government sector service clients.
We have extensive experience delivering large state-wide research projects and also service level surveys (e.g. climate), CEO / management performance review surveys, and evaluation questionnaires.
