Our booking and cancellation policy:

We will contact you to confirm your course registration has been received.
If you don’t hear from us, contact our office to ensure we have received your registration.

If you cancel your course registration, we charge the following cancellation fees:

  • A minimum processing fee of 10% is charged.
  • If 2 weeks notice or less is given, 50% of the fee is charged.
  • If 1 week notice or less is given, 100% of the fee is charged.

We can never guarantee that an advertised course will go ahead, however if we cancel a course, we will give you a minimum of 7 days notice and refund all fees paid.

Before making travel arrangements to attend a course, please confirm with our office that the training is going ahead.

Allwood & Associates is not responsible for any costs incurred by you if a course is cancelled.
