TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
This nationally recognised VETAB certificate course is for anyone involved in workplace assessment, training individuals and groups, coaching and mentoring, or workplace learning.
This qualification comprises of 14 units including 12 core units (listed below) and 2 elective units.
To gain the certificate you must complete the 4 modules below. The modules include face to face learning, out of class work and workplace based projects. The modules can be completed in any order.

RPL is 'recognition of prior learning' requiring submission of a portfolio of evidence demonstrating current competency in each unit.
Cert IV TAA Upgrade
This nationally recognised VETAB 5 day course is for those who already hold the Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198) and who seek to upgrade to the new qualification TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. This course will upgrade your competencies and understanding to meet the standard requirements of the new qualification.
